Ms. Xu Jing Montair has been engaged in international trade import and export business and negotiation about 13 years. She engages in and conducts researches in Mainland and Hong Kong legal services and judicial procedures for more than 18 years in Hong Kong law firm. She handles commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, and matrimonial cases between the two places for more than 15 years and has extensive experience.
Since the year 2010, judicial procedures have been reformed in Hong Kong, Ms Xu integrated with the practical works and working experiences for the researches on practice program of cross-border cases. She participated in and organised different kinds of cross-border legal seminar and served as the guest speaker and emcee, and researched on different kinds of precedent cases. Since year 2012, Ms Xu started to research and complied two-period teaching materials of “Mainland China and Hong Kong Mediation Practice Certificate Course” for an annual. Since the end of 2013, she has served as the main lecturer of professional and continuing training programmer of mediations for the teaching materials of “Mainland China and Hong Kong Mediation Practice Certificate Course” for the Hong Kong Mediation Centre. The courses gained the credits of Continuing Professional Development courses (CPD) by Hong Kong Mediation Centre, the courses also gained the credits of Continuing Professional Development courses (CPD) by the Law Society of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited. Ms. XU is an International Mediation Expert, Cross-border Course Instructor, Assessor, and Trainer of the Mainland-Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center (MHJMC). She is a Mediator of the CCPIT/ CCOIC Mediation Center, Mediation Expert of the Mediation Center of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Mediation Expert of the Judicial Bureau of Guangzhou, Guangdong.
In recent Three years, Ms. XU has handed about 450 cases in Shenzhen Qianhai People’s Court (in the Cases, 25% the cases involving intellectual property rights). Among them, Since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she handling more than 300 cases online.
Ms. XU is also a Mediator of the Guangdong High People’s Court “Cross-border Commercial Disputes in Guangdong Court of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, Zhuhai Hengqin New District People’s Court, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property Mediation Center.
