Mr. Xie Weimin, Assistant President and Chief Professional Officer of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration(SCIA); Master of Laws from Wuhan University; Panel Arbitrator of SCIA, Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and KCAB; Arbitrator and mediator of the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC); Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Organized and participated in the 44-hour commercial mediation training course of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Commercial Mediation Alliance, which is the first batch of commercial mediation professional training with cross-border qualifications mutual recognition; carried out many professional mediation lectures and trainings; from 2007 to 2016, on-site mediation of hundreds of disputes over contracts on international sales of goods in the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair); mediation of more than 100 other domestic and foreign commercial disputes as a mediator, successfully settled more than 70% of the cases; participating in the mediation of a Case amounting to RMB 13.4 billion and settled successfully.
